This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the cirQlar macOS application from SILVERSIX, made through our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with cirQlar. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no complicated conditions.

Because cirQlar offers a free 7-day trial before purchase, we encourage you to evaluate the App fully during the trial to make sure it fits your workflow.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

1. Contact us at with your order/receipt details (the email used at checkout and the Paddle order or receipt number), or

2. Contact Paddle directly via the link on your purchase receipt, or at Paddle — Paddle processes the payment and issues approved refunds.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically a few business days).

After a Refund

When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated  and cirQlar will return to its locked/trial state on your devices.
Please uninstall the App if you no longer wish to use it.

Exceptions and Fair Use

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse or fraud, for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass licensing.
Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case, goodwill basis and are not guaranteed.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence (for example, EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights). Where those rights provide a longer or more favorable refund period, they apply.
